CBRE Promotes Tech Specialist Serot to Vice Chairman

CBRE has promoted Brad Serot to vice chairman, the highest producer ranking at the firm. Part of CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transactions business, and consistently ranked among the Chicago office’s top 10 producers, Serot has been directly involved in more than $6 billion in transactions since joining CBRE in 2001.

In particular, Serot has been integral in building CBRE Chicago’s tech practice, which now represents almost 50% of the top 100 tech firms locally.  His clients include some of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world, and the largest financial service companies in the U.S.

“This promotion is a testament to Brad’s hard work, incredible success and commitment to his clients,” said Jamie Georgas, senior managing director for CBRE’s Chicago office. He joined the firm as an associate nearly 18 years ago, and has grown to become a true leader within the Chicago office and throughout the organization.”
