CBRE Promotes Lafitte and Frese to Global Group Presidents

CBRE Group Inc. promoted COO Mike Lafitte and CEO of the Americas Cal Frese to Global Group Presidents. They will report to CBRE President and CEO Bob Sulentic.

Lafitte, as Global Group President, Lines of Business and Client Care, will focus on CBRE’s service lines development, as well as overseeing the company’s Client Care initiative. Friese, as Global Group President, Geographies, will oversee the global regions’ finance and operations, along with integrating Research and Marketing into global operations.

“Mike and Cal are exceptional leaders who have helped steer the company to strong growth and many key strategic gains,” Sulentic said. “Their new responsibilities will enable us to continue to differentiate our services, while advancing the quality of our geographic leadership team and the financial and operational performance of our regions.”

Additional promotions include: Jack Durburg to CEO, the Americas; Whitley Collins to Global President, Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services; and Mary Jo Eaton to Global President, Asset Services and Valuation & Advisory Services.
