CBRE Promotes Cordero to Lead Capital Markets Team for Americas

CBRE promoted retail industry expert Melina Cordero to be the new managing director of retail capital markets for the Americas. Based in Washington, D.C., Cordero has been the global head of retail research at CBRE since 2016.
