CBRE Opens 100K-SF Workplace360 Office in Atlanta
CBRE opened its new, Workplace360 office at Three Alliance Center in Atlanta. The nearly 100,000-square-foot office is the largest CBRE Workplace360 office in the world.
Workplace360 is CBRE’s approach to workplace strategy, designed to promote flexibility, mobility and productivity through technology-enabled, 100% free-address, and paper-reducing offices. The concept offers a number of work settings, including a balance of both collaborative and private spaces that employees can self-select depending on the project at hand. The office offers 12 spaces for employees to work from, including free address desks, team work areas and technology-enabled conference rooms. Atlanta is CBRE’s 80th Workplace360 office.
The new Atlanta office, which spans four floors, consolidates two former offices into one, combining the former office at Terminus 100 and the CBRE-Heery’s previous office at 999 Peachtree.
