CBRE Markets 4M-SF Boston Logistics Portfolio

CBRE was retained to market Metro Boston Logistics Portfolio, an 11-property, $360-million industrial portfolio located across Massachusetts and New Hampshire totaling 3.6 million square feet.

A Boston-based CBRE Capital Markets team of Scott Dragos, Doug Jacoby, Chris Skeffington, Roy Sandeman, Anthony Hayes, Timothy Mulhall and Daniel Hines is representing seller Equity Industrial Partners.

“The Metro Boston Logistics Portfolio will provide investors with an exceptional opportunity to acquire true scale in one of the most sought-after markets in the country,” said Dragos. “It is extremely rare when an industrial portfolio of this scale, credit and quality with proximity to Boston becomes available.”

Largest of the properties is the 817,000-square-foot 83 Commerce Way in Woburn, MA. Other properties in the 91% leased portfolio are located in Methuen, Braintree, Canton, Brockton, Holliston, Worcester and Chicopee, MA, and in Greenland, NH. Major tenants include Shaw’s, Marshalls, Cole Haan, Sonepar and Yankee Candle.
