CBRE Inks $33M Lease for Radiology Practice in El Segundo

Radiology Partners signed a 68,000-square foot lease valued at $33 million at Ascend, a creative office project in El Segundo, CA. The nation’s largest physician-owned and physician-led radiology practice plans to use the location as its new headquarters space.

Located at 2330 Utah Ave., Ascend is part of the Utah Avenue Campus, a six-building office complex at the heart of El Segundo’s Utah Tract. The building is an 80,000-square-foot creative office project with a highly customizable design and future-focused space. The property features 24-foot clear height ceilings, abundant light and private outdoor collaboration space.

CBRE’s Jacob Bobek represented the tenant. The landlord, NSB Associates, a real estate development and investment firm, was represented by JLL’s Blake Searles.

“It’s no secret that demand for creative office space in El Segundo has been increasing over the years,” said Bobek. “The Ascend campus is one of the best new buildings on the market.”
