CBRE Hires Christenbury as Senior Vice President in Charlotte

CBRE has hired John Christenbury as a senior vice president within the firm’s Occupier Services group in Charlotte. Christenbury will focus on office tenant representative services in the Charlotte market.

Prior to joining CBRE, Christenbury served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield, starting there in 2014. He was named the number two broker in the city of Charlotte for Tenant Representatives in 2019 by the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors. Christenbury is also known for his tech expertise in real estate and represents several Fortune 500 and companies and local technology companies in the market.

“I am thrilled to join the largest commercial real estate firm in the world in CBRE.  The endless amount of resources I will have at my fingertips to better assist clients was one of many reasons to join the CBRE team,” said Christenbury. “I am humbled to be on the team with Rob Hinton, Mike Fahey, Spencer Hawkins, Benson Brown, and Mark Decherd. The quality of their work shows with their assisting Honeywell, Lending Tree, and so many other important headquarters moves in the Charlotte area.  I couldn’t be more excited to help shape the Charlotte skyline with this incredible team.”
