CBRE Global Investors Inks HQ Deal in Pearl District with Brainium Studios

CBRE Global Investors signed a lease with Brainium Studios LLC for a full floor at Tanner Point in Portland. The mobile game app developer will relocate its headquarters to the Pearl District building’s sixth floor, which spans 22,599 square feet, beginning in the spring of 2021.

The eight-story, nearly 183,000-square-foot Class A office property at 1250 NW 9th Ave. offers tech-enabled creative office space. So far this year, another 45,000 square feet of space has been claimed at the LEED Silver-Certified building, which was completed in 2018.

Tanner Point has two roof terraces with river views, on-site bike storage and a repair station, and an on-site parking garage. The ground-floor of the building features the newly opened Cooperativa, a modern Italian marketplace and food hall.

Macadam Forbes’ Seth Platsman and Colin Russell represented the tenant. CBRE’s Trevor Kafoury, Kevin Kaufman and Autumn Brice represented the landlord.
