CBRE Finalizes Multiple Industrial Deals

CBRE’s San Antonio office has completed several industrial deals recently. Among the largest of these were the following:

• New to market Freedom Forever Texas committed to 16,364 square feet at 4940 Eisenhauer Rd. in San Antonio. John Grady with CBRE in Phoenix represented Freedom Forever Texas. The landlord, Prologis Na2 Texas, Llc, was represented by Josh Aguilar with CBRE in San Antonio.

• Cheer-Riffic Techniques, renewed its 11,250-square-foot industrial lease at 5405 Bandera Rd.in San Antonio. Josh Aguilar with CBRE in San Antonio represented Cheer-Riffic Techniques. The landlord, West Loop Distribution Center Epa, Llc, was represented by Rob Burlingame, Justin Roberts and Brad O’Neill with CBRE in San Antonio.

• Superior Hail Repair signed a short-term lease for 17,320 square feet at 12029 Warfield in San Antonio. Justin Roberts with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Byco, Inc.
