CBRE Completes Historic Office Building Sale in Old Towne Orange Plaza

Connect Orange County is coming up on July 28. Find out more and register here!

CBRE Group, Inc. completed the sale of an 8,872-square foot, two-story, historic office building in Old Towne Orange Plaza Square in Orange, CA for a record $4.45 million. The asset is known as the “Swift & Swift Building” for the full-service tax and accounting firm that’s occupied the property since purchasing it in 1962.

The more than 100-year-old building was originally a bank when downtown Orange was the central financial district of Orange County and still contains two original walk-in vaults.

CBRE’s Peter Wells, Taylor Friend and Justin Hill represented the seller, Swift & Swift, which will be relocating to a new building it purchased at 1006 E. Chapman, a transaction that was also handled by CBRE. The buyer was an undisclosed private individual.
