CBRE Completes 3.75M-SF, Four-State Industrial Portfolio Deal
Denver-based the PAULS Corporation divested a national industrial portfolio consisting of 21 properties totaling more than 3.75 million square feet across four states. The assets were acquired by New York-based Clarion Partners for an undisclosed amount.
With more than 1.93 million square feet of the portfolio located in Denver, the sale marks Denver’s single largest industrial transaction on record. These 14 Class A logistics properties are located in the Denver Airport submarket, and reportedly sold for $206 million.
The remainder of the portfolio focuses on supply-chain markets, including two Las Vegas properties (totaling 698,300 square feet), three Dallas properties (645,282 square feet), two Atlanta properties (478,948 square feet) and four Atlanta land parcels totaling 103 acres.
CBRE’s’ Jim Bolt, along with Randy Baird, Jack Fraker, Darla Longo and Chris Riley, represented the seller.
Bolt says, “This represented a once-in-a-career opportunity to market one of the largest portfolios of high-quality industrial space under common ownership in Denver and nationally.”
