CBRE Completes $22M Sale of National City Mixed-Use Property

Harborview, a mixed-use complex containing 81 luxury apartments  and 2,800 square feet of retail space in National City, was sold for $22 million to Harborview Partners, LCC. The buyer utilized a $15-million loan and exchange proceeds to complete the acquisition.

Harborview offers 16 unique floor plans that average 1,707 square feet. Apartments range from one-bedroom, one-bath, to a four-bedroom, four-bath unit, encompassing 3,800 square feet. Many of the apartments have scenic views of San Diego Bay.

CBRE Group’s multifamily team of Dixie Hall, Kevin Mulhern, and Rachel Parsons represented the buyer. The seller, 819 D Avenue, LLC, represented itself.
