CBRE Arranges $7M Sale of Charlotte Office Property

CBRE arranged the $7-million sale of 201 Regency Executive Park Drive, a 31,600-square-foot, single-tenant office property in Charlotte’s I-77 Corridor submarket.

Matt Smith, Patrick Gildea and Grayson Hawkins represented the seller, Arkansas-based real estate partnership CapRocq, in the transaction. Orlando-based Susquehanna Holdings LTD, acquired the property.

The property is fully-leased to a single tenant, the United States of America Citizenship and Immigration Services department. Additionally, the property is located nearby Charlotte Douglas International Airport as well as downtown Charlotte.
