CBRE Arranges $4M+ Sale of Flex Facility Near Greenville

CBRE arranged the sale of Kiowa Professional Park, a two-building, 56,050-square-foot flex facility in Piedmont, SC. The property is located eight miles south of Greenville’s downtown.

Built in 2005, the single-story building A includes 22,000 square feet of office space. Building B was constructed in 2008, and contains 36,100 square feet over two stories. The rear of building B features 2,000 square feet of warehouse space, two dock high doors, and two drive-in doors to accommodate warehousing logistics and transport.

Tripp Sellers, David Redmond, Charles Gouch, and Shelby Dodson of CBRE represented the seller, Horizon Trust Properties LLC., in the transaction. The buyer was a local investor.
