CBRE Arranges $25M Sale of Westford Office Property

CBRE has brokered the $25 million sale of 3 & 5 Carlisle Road, a 167,881-square-foot corporate center in Westford. The facility is currently fully leased.

Scott Dragos of CBRE represented the seller, Curo Enterprises, in the transaction. The buyer was The RAM Cos.

“We were delighted to have worked with some of the most active owners in Greater Boston on this transaction,” said Dragos. “The timing in which this deal was completed speaks to the perseverance from all of the individuals involved, as well as the underlying fundamentals of office space in Greater Boston, even during the current economic state.”
