CBRE Adds Two to Investor Services Leasing Group

Jon Cordell has been named EVP and Jason Houze First VP for CBRE in its investor services leasing group. Cordell and Houze will focus on significant office leasing projects in the downtown Chicago office market. Both join CBRE from NKF.

Cordell brings more than 16 years’ experience to CBRE, with previous positions at Tishman Speyer and The John Buck Company (TJBC). He has worked on several large-scale office leasing projects in Chicago, including the launch of TJBC’s 151 N. Franklin.

Houze has more than seven years of commercial real estate experience, beginning his career at JLL in its national investor accounts team and downtown agency leasing team.

“The addition of Jon and Jason to our current team will further strengthen CBRE’s position in the market by deepening our ownership’s perspective and experience in leasing complex developments and redevelopments,” said Neil Pendleton, managing director of CBRE Chicago Investor Services.
