CBRE Adds Office Investor Leasing Trio in Dallas

CBRE has added Trey Smith, Lauren Napper and Ward Eastman to its Advisory & Transaction Services group in Dallas, specializing in office investor leasing. Smith joins as an EVP, while Napper and Eastman join as SVPs.

The three will be based in CBRE’s Dallas office. Previously, the team worked together in Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office.

“Trey, Lauren and Ward have built a strong professional brand and established themselves among the most successful office leasing teams in the region,” said Chris Hipps, senior managing director, CBRE. “Their experience representing some of the region’s premier office buildings will help drive exceptional outcomes for our investor clients, and we look forward to leveraging their strong relationships with distinguished institutional and private equity investors to grow our market share in Dallas-Ft. Worth.”

For CBRE, the team will focus on developing leasing and value-creation strategies for its clients and their properties.
