CBRE Adds Bates as Retail VP in Cleveland

CBRE has hired Jeremy Bates as a VP in Cleveland, joining its retail team. A veteran of retail as well as office leasing, Bates (pictured) will be involved in both agency and occupier work, along with regional business.

“I am looking forward to this next step in my career and working with everyone, not only here in Cleveland, but across the enterprise,” said Bates.

“We are pleased to add an experienced, quality professional to the CBRE retail team,” said David Browning, Cleveland managing director. “Jeremy brings an energy and enthusiasm which will serve clients well.”

Before joining CBRE, Bates was a senior director at Stark Development, responsible for leasing its retail and office portfolio of over eight million square feet. He has been responsible for bringing many major national retailers and restaurateurs to both Cleveland and other major markets across the country.
