CBD Seller’s First Retail Store Set for Palisades Mall

NAI James E. Hanson has arranged a 1,200-square-foot lease for Palm Organix at Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, NY. The firm’s Michael Walters represented the tenant in what will be its first physical store.

Based in Fort Collins, CO, Palm Organix sells pharmaceutical-grade CBD products, made from organically-grown hemp. With products previously only available online, the opening of Palm Organix’s first retail location in this four-level Rockland County shopping center will allow the company to introduce its products through a physical storefront while also offering hands-on education about the benefits of CBD.

“Changes to laws and regulations surrounding CBD have made it one of the hottest retail offerings on the market today,” said Walters. “However, misconceptions and confusing rules surrounding the usage of retail space for CBD distributors have made it difficult for them to open brick and mortar stores in the tri-state area.”
