Cawley Team Reps Buyer in Lincoln Park Deal

The Cawley Chicago Capital Markets team, led by Brenten Blakeman, recently completed the sale of a 13-unit, multifamily property in the North Side’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The 11,000-square -foot property, which traded for an undisclosed sum, is located at 822 W. Wrightwood Ave.

“It was a pleasure to work with and represent the buyers in this highly competitive purchase,” said Blakeman. “A property like this in the Lincoln Park neighborhood will serve as a sound investment.” Blakeman represented the undisclosed buyer to a private seller in the transaction.

Essex Realty Group’s Jordan Gottlieb was the listing broker on the property, which went up for sale in August for the first time since 1977. It listed for $3.7 million.
