Cavender’s Breaks Ground on New HQ

Cavender’s, which is best known throughout Texas and the southeast for its boots and other western wear, broke ground on a new headquarters building in Tyler, TX. The headquarters, which will be on Old Jacksonville Highway south of Three Lakes Parkway, will house the company’s merchandising and information technology departments.

According to a statement from Cavender’s, the administrative move from its current corporate office at 2025 W. Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler, will allow the store at that location to expand and be remodeled to “provide a better shopping experience for our valued guests and associates,” according to Mike Cavender. The company set up shop in Tyler in 1979.
