Caruthers Snags 257-Unit Apartment Community in Arlington

Caruthers Cos. has acquired Pike 3400, a 257-unit apartment community in Arlington. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 3400 Columbia Pike, the six-story building was completed in 2015 and consists of 257 apartment units above 15,363 square feet of retail space as well as a 315-space parking garage. Retail tenants include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Amity Nail Spa, CycleBar and SK Eyecare.

Walker & Dunlop represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Caruthers was the partnership lead in pursuit and closing of the acquisition, and will lead management of the asset, on behalf of the ownership group.
