Carmel Valley Mixed-Use Project Comes Under Fire
The $750-million, 1.4-million-square-foot One Paseo mixed-use development is getting some pushback. There will apparently be a public vote on the project, which faces opposition from potential voters due to perceived traffic-congestion and other issues. Kilroy Realty, which is building the asset, is not very happy about the referendum.
