Carlsbad’s Raceway Business Park Trades Hands
Lee & Associates completed the sale of a freestanding flex/industrial building, located at 3186 Lionshead, within Raceway Business Park in Carlsbad, CA. The 20,142 square foot building is demised into two suites, and includes dock high and grade level loading.
At the time of Gildred Development Co.’s purchase of the property, approximately 34% of the building was occupied under a long-term lease by a single tenant. The purchase price for the property was undisclosed.
Lee & Associates’ Rusty Williams and Chris Roth represented the seller, Lionshead Investments, as well as the San Diego-based buyer, in the transaction.
Williams says, “Lionshead Investments chose to take advantage of the area’s buyer demand, and put the property on the market as an option for an investment or an owner-user deal.”
