Caregiver Inc. Signs Relocation Lease at First Command Plaza

Caregiver Inc. will be moving its headquarters, thanks to a 22,511-square-foot deal inked at the 147,499-square-foot First Command Plaza in southwest Fort Worth. The transaction means that the home healthcare service company will relocate from its current location at 4100 International Plaza, also in Fort Worth, to its new digs at 4800 Overton Plaza.

JLL’s Pat McDowell and David Berzina negotiated on behalf of the tenant. Kirk Kelly with Transwestern represented the landlord, First Command Bank.

“This new office solution positions Caregiver, Inc. in a great location for both long-term growth and accessibility,” McDowell said. “The amenity package for employees and quick access to major highways, along with 4800 Overton Plaza’s recent capital improvements, create a great environment for their clients, leadership and staff.”
