Cardone Capital Snags 360-Unit Apartment Property in Panama City Beach

Cardone Capital has acquired The Retreat at Panama City Beach, a 360-unit apartment community in Panama City Beach. The sales price was undisclosed. Craig Hey and Jimmy Adams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Carter-Haston, in the transaction.

Constructed in 2007, The Retreat at Panama City Beach is located along Highway 98. Amenities include a resort-style pool with screened-in kitchen area, boat and RV parking, bark park and scenic pond.

“I am delighted to be able to offer our investors the opportunity to own a piece of property as spectacular as The Retreat at Panama City Beach,” said Grant Cardone, CEO at Cardone Capital. “I believe this is the future of living, an apartment community that appeals to both millennials and baby boomers, along with everyone in between.”
