Capital Improvements Underway on 333 Place Apartments

Joseph Companies acquired the 333 Place Apartments in San Antonio from an entity in Schertz, TX, and has launched significant capital improvements on the asset. The new owner already renamed the property, located at 333 Brahan Blvd., WestFort Broadway.

One upgrade Joseph Companies plans is implementation of smart-home technology, in addition to Class A fixtures and stainless-steel appliances. The owner anticipates renovations to be completed by the end of Q1 2019.

Zar Haro, Moses Siller and Robert Arzola with JLL negotiated the transaction. “Assets that deliver vintage ascetics with high-tech, high-end interiors are fairly prevalent in tech-strong populations like Austin, but this is new ground for San Antonio,” Haro said. Joseph Companies owns one other property in San Antonio, Elm Creek, at 2358 N.W. Military Hwy.
