Capital Group Properties Secures 2 Retail Leases in Metro Boston

Southborough-based developer Capital Group Properties secured two new retail tenants at Sharon Marketplace, a community-based retail plaza currently undergoing extensive exterior renovations located at 700 South Main St. in Sharon, MA.

The new tenants coming to Sharon Marketplace in late 2019 include Marathon Physical Therapy and TT Nails. The sizes of the leases was not disclosed. Existing tenants at the center include Shaw’s, KinderCare, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Citizens Bank.

Capital Group Properties acquired Sharon Marketplace in August 2018. Extensive exterior renovations began in late 2018 and are currently underway to enhance the retail experience with a new roof, facade, landscaping, signage and lighting. The work is slated to be completed this fall.
