Capital Advisory Veteran Hattem Joins B6 Team
B6 Real Estate Advisors appointed Eli Hattem as partner and senior managing director in the firm’s capital advisory division. With more than 30 years’ commercial real estate finance expertise, Hattem brings more than $30 billion in transactional volume and experience to the B6 team.
In particular, B6 said Hattem’s intimate knowledge of real estate capital markets, credibility and strong relationships with investors and entrepreneurial spirit would make him a key asset to the capital advisory team.
Hattem has previously held senior positions at CIBC Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending. He has also held roles at various other major financial institutions including Chase Manhattan Bank, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Since 2009, Hattem has founded two firms, Park Bridge Financial and Derby Real Estate Capital, both of which provide capital advisory services.
