Capacity Commercial Expands Team in Vancouver

Portland-based Capacity Commercial Group expanded with a new office in downtown Vancouver, WA. Seasoned brokers Charlie Kleier, Tamara J. Fuller join as SVP’s, and Eric Anderson as VP, forming the core of the new Vancouver office. They previously served at Colliers International.

Kleier brings more than 30 years of experience in investment and commercial real estate. Before joining Capacity, he was a partner in NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson prior to a subsequent sale to Colliers International.

Fuller adds 20 years’ experience specializing in office sales and leasing in the Portland Metro and SW Washington region, having focused on Vancouver since 2001.

Anderson brings more than 10 years of experience and will continue to represent landlords and tenants in the Vancouver and Portland markets, as well as investment properties in the Pacific Northwest.

Capacity joined forces with REIG brokerage firm and added a new property management division this year.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
