Cantor Fitzgerald Renews HQ Lease at Adjacent Midtown Towers

Cantor Fitzgerald has signed two 16-year renewals totaling 208,060 square feet at two adjacent Midtown towers. The global headquarters spans 151,890 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 110 E. 59th St., which recently underwent a $40-million capital improvement program, and 56,170 square feet at American Realty Advisors’ 499 Park Ave.

“We scoured the market looking at different options for a possible new location for Cantor’s global headquarters, and saw many interesting spaces that could fit their needs,” said NKF’s Jared Horowitz, who represented the tenant with colleagues Neil Goldmacher and Jason Perla. “However, the firm has had such longstanding relationships with the current buildings’ owners and has enjoyed working with them through the years, therefore it made sense to remain in the Plaza District.”

Brett Greenberg and Fran Delgorio represented Jack Resnick & Sons in-house, while CBRE’s Paul Amrichadvised the landlord at 499 Park.
