Camarillo Industrial Pair Trades for $88M
STAG Industrial has sold two Camarillo, CA, industrial buildings totaling 733,819 square feet to an undisclosed buyer for $88 Million. STAG had originally purchased the buildings in 2014 for a combined price of $54.5 million.
The first property is located at 3001 Mission Oaks Blvd. and totals 308,780 square feet, including 14,540 square feet of office space. The second building is located at 3175 Mission Oaks Blvd., and totals 425,039 square feet, including 19,680 square feet of office.
Both the seller and undisclosed buyer were represented by NKF’s John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss, Jeff Abraham and a roster of NKF Capital Markets leaders, including Co-Chair Kevin Shannon.
According to 101 Corridor industrial real estate expert DeGrinis. “The two properties are strategically located in the North Los Angeles region with tremendous access to a large population making the site ideal for a last-mile, 3PL or e-commerce-related tenant.”
