Callahan Tops Off 174-Room Hilton Garden Inn Brookline

Callahan Construction Managers has announced that the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Brookline has been topped off. The project is being developed by Claremont Cos., with CambridgeSeven Associates serving as the architect. The property is expected to open in fall 2020.

Located at 700 Brookline Ave., the property is the former site of a Gulf gas station that was demolished in 2016. The 11-story, 111,100-square-foot Hilton Garden Inn will feature 174 guest rooms, a restaurant and lounge area, conference space, a fitness center, swimming pool and a 24-hour pavilion pantry.

“Callahan is thrilled to be working on this high-profile hotel project just outside Boston,” stated Steve Callahan, vice president of business development at Callahan. “The Hilton Garden Inn’s location on the Brookline/Boston line will provide much-needed hospitality services to the Greater Boston area.”
