Callahan Construction Completes 220-Unit MF Project in Hingham

Callahan Construction Managers has announced the completion of The Cove, a 220-unit multifamily development in Hingham. The mid-rise, residential project was developed by Alliance Residential Company, while Callahan and CUBE 3 Architects were tasked with the construction and design of the project.

The project consists of two buildings with four stories of wood framing above one level of post-tensioned podium parking. The property is located adjacent to the Hingham Shipyard, Hingham Ferry Station and nearly 500 acres of open space in Bare Cove Park. Amenities include a media lounge, clubroom with billiards, a sky lounge with bar, fireplace and an outdoor terrace featuring water and park views as well as a resort-style swimming pool.

“We are proud to unveil The Cove as the newest addition to the Hingham community,” said Patrick Callahan, president at Callahan. “The Cove, along with our other multifamily housing project Brio, will both provide much-needed housing to the Hingham neighborhood and Greater Boston area.”
