Callahan Breaks Ground on North Quincy Redevelopment

Callahan Construction Managers recently broke ground on the Bozzuto Group and Atlantic Development’s North Quincy Station redevelopment project, The Abby. The mixed-use development in North Quincy, MA will consist of three connected buildings, highlighted by 610 luxury apartments and 45,000 square feet of retail, along with a six-story parking garage.

“Given the monumental role this area and its residents played in our nation’s founding, it’s incredibly fitting that The Abby is Bozzuto’s first development in the region,” said Bozzuto president and CEO Toby Bozzuto. “We look forward to The Abby’s involvement in North Quincy’s next chapter.”

The first phase of the project will include construction for the parking garage. The residential potion of the project will be delivered over two phases, with the first units available for occupancy in May of 2021. A Spring 2022 completion is anticipated for the entire project.
