Cali Wine & Vine Signs for 48K SF in Temecula

Cali Wine & Vine has signed a 7-year lease for 48,000 square feet of industrial space at 43085 Business Park Dr. in Temecula, CA. Cali Wine & Vine will use the space as its headquarters and for wine-making, bottling, labeling, storage, and distribution services.

Avison Young’s Cody Lerner and Stan Nowak represented Cali Vine & Wine. Owner Oltmans Investment Company LLC, was advised by Carey Pastor of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Cali Vine & Wine is consolidating from locations in Temecula and Lake Elsinore. Move-in is anticipated for August 2020 following tenant improvements, which include the addition of ceiling insulation, cooling towers for wine storage, as well as tanks and equipment associated with winemaking.

“Cali Wine & Vine has been experiencing impressive growth over the past few years and needed to expand its operations,” said Lerner. “This building creates the opportunity for them to consolidate into one building to maximize production and efficiencies.”
