Cali Buyer Nabs 288-Unit Belleza at Cresta Bella

CWS Capital Partners acquired the 288-unit Belleza at Cresta Bella, a Class A apartment complex on San Antonio’s far north side. The Newport Beach, CA buyer acquired the property at 20202 Cresta Avenida from Inland Private Capital Corp., which is headquartered in Oak Brook, IL.

The sales price was undisclosed; however, records show that the buyer took out a $24.4 million loan from NKF to acquire the property. The apartment complex, which has been rebranded Marquis Cresta Bella, delivered in 2013, from local multifamily developer NRP Group.

The property offers one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 655 to 1,460 square feet. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and separate yoga room, business and conference centers, two community dog parks, and an infinity pool with an outdoor kitchen and wet bar.
