Calendar Club Takes Down 250K SF

Austin retailer Calendar Club leased 250,000 square feet at the Class A, I-35 Logistics Center in New Braunfels, TX, north of San Antonio. The novelty calendar producer’s new space will be at 175 Southwestern Ave. The 397,600-square-foot building was developed by USAA Real Estate Co. and Stream Realty Partners, and delivered in late 2017.

The building is currently undergoing a four-month finish-out for the new tenant, which is scheduled for an early 2019 completion. Stream Realty’s Michael Kent, Jason Schnittger and Kevin Cosgrove are handling the property’s leasing activities.

Calendar Club also operates a 202,598-square-foot warehouse at 4801 Friedrich Lane in Austin. It’s uncertain if the new space will consolidate regional warehouse operations.
