Café Metro Expands to Upper West Side

Café Metro, a locally-based fast-casual dining chain, signed a lease for 2,150 square feet at the Brodsky Organization’s 2062 Broadway on the Upper West Side. The new location will feature Café Metro’s sleeker store design, introduced at its 162 W. 56th St. store.

Winick Realty Group’s Steven Baker and Charles Rapuano represented both Café Metro and Brodsky. The Winick team has arranged several retail leases at 2062 Broadway over the years.

“We knew that ownership was looking for a high-quality, long-term tenant and we felt that Café Metro would be a great complement to the co-tenants in the building,” Baker said.

Having completed lease-up of 2062 Broadway’s retail, Baker and Rapuano are bringing to market a 1,482-square-foot space at neighboring 2060 Broadway. Farther uptown, they’re marketing the 4,500 square feet of retail at 2322 Broadway on behalf of Bi-Costal Properties.
