Cabinet-Maker Comes to Greenpoint

Manufacturers are still finding space in New York City — even in the increasingly hip Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.

BSH Woodwork Inc., a woodworker and cabinet maker, signed a lease for 2,100 square feet of space at 109 Hausman St. in a heavily industrial part of the neighborhood.

“BSH Woodwork is a new business looking to expand its reach in Brooklyn. There is still a high level of demand for quality industrial space, especially in Brooklyn and Queens,” said Neil Dolgin co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, which represented both the tenant, BSH Woodwork, Inc., as well as the landlord, MNH Realty, in the transaction.

The one-story building at 109 Hausman St. totals 70,000 square feet, and is nearly fully-occupied. It’s close to the the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and Metropolitan Avenue — in addition to the subway.
