CA Ventures Launches Property Management Entity

CA Ventures has expanded its property management services under a new entity, CA Management Services (CAMS), and announced the promotion of Beth Pinder (pictured) to COO of the newly-formed company. CAMS will manage CA’s growing portfolio of student housing communities both domestically and internationally, along with the firm’s new and existing residential developments.

“In launching CAMS, we are bringing our residential and student housing management together under one umbrella, allowing us to apply our cross-market operational expertise to current assets as well as CA’s robust global pipeline,” said Tom Scott, CEO of CA Ventures.

The new Chicago-based company’s services include day-to-day property operations and maintenance; resident communication; marketing and leasing; accounting; and budget management. Plans call for offering third-party management and development advisory services in the future.

A 25-year industry veteran, Pinder previously served as EVP of property management and EVP of sales and marketing at CA Ventures.
