C&W Phoenix Consolidates Through Relocation

Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix operations have moved from two separate offices to 34,000 square feet at Esplanade V, 2555 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix. The move effectively consolidates the firm’s former offices at 2375 E. Camelback Rd., #300 and 2555 E. Camelback Rd., #300.

The company had been looking for a new Phoenix office, following the merger between it and DTZ in September 2015. The new office spans two floors, and has team rooms, focus rooms, perch areas, pacing paths, traditional conference rooms, an employee lounge and a dining amenity called Cushman Central.

“We wanted the office to be more than just a place where we go to work each day. We wanted it to be a place that represents the latest thinking in workspace strategy, and serve as the hub for our people, culture, clients and brand to interact with one another,” said Bryon Carney, Market Leader.
