Buyer Snags Chandler Medical and Dental Center Through Exchange

A Tempe, AZ-based investor acquired Chandler Medical and Dental Center as part of a 1031 Exchange transaction. McDowell Enterprises, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, sold the 22,537-square-foot asset on 655 S. Dobson Rd., south of Chandler Regional Medical Center, in Chandler, AZ.

Mindy Korth and Sean Westfall with Colliers International represented the seller. Korth and Westfall, assisted by Matt Roach and Chris Roach, also of Colliers, secured the buyer.

The two-story building delivered in 2001, and is part of a two-building medical complex. In addition to the office building, the sale included an undivided 3.42-acre common area within the condominium-structured development. The building is leased by five tenants, including Dignity Health Medical Group practice and a physical therapy practice that operates in partnership with Banner Health Systems.
