Bulfinch Strengthens Asset Management with New Hires

Matt DeNoble and Brian McInerney have joined the Bulfinch Companies, as VP, asset management and portfolio manager, respectively. The new positions will help strengthen Bulfinch’s asset management team as the company expands its portfolio throughout Greater Boston.

DeNoble most recently served as VP of asset management for AEW Capital Management, where he oversaw more than $1.3 billion in office, mixed use, and land assets in Boston and Orlando. In his new role, DeNoble will oversee Bulfinch’s asset management team.”

Before joining Bulfinch, McInerny served as director, portfolio management at CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Brian provided valuations representing $5 billion in assets during his five years at the company.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
