Buildout, Brevitas Partner on Commercial Listings

Buildout, developer of marketing software for commercial brokers, has forged an alliance with sales platform Brevitas. The new partnership allows users to upload on-market listing information directly to Brevitas platform by using Chicago-based Buildout’s listing syndication tool.

“At Buildout, we recognize integration as part of the future,” said CEO Vishu Ramanathan. “Partnering with Brevitas not only allows both our services to expand but also provides us with more room to innovate and grow.” Ramanathan’s counterpart at Brevitas, CEO Ardian Zagari, said the partnership benefits his platform’s users by “providing them with a leading syndication technology.”

Since its launch in 2013 with a $300,000 seed investment, Buildout has grown from three employees to more than 35. Recently, it was ranked number 576 on the Inc. 5,000 list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
