Building Engines Partners With Hatch Data, LinkSquares

Boston-based Building Engines, a provider of modern building operations software for commercial real estate, has partnered with Hatch Data, an energy and performance management software platform as well as LinkSquares, an AI-powered contract analytics and management solution.

“Building Engines has built an industry-leading building operations platform that improves net operating income across many of the world’s commercial real estate properties,” said Zach Robin, CEO at Hatch Data. “With Hatch Data software integrated with Building Engines, building operators can get actionable diagnostic and predictive measure recommendations for maintenance, operational and capital improvements—versus having to perform manual analysis themselves.”

The Hatch Data solution will be available through their software, while LinkSquares will be incorporated into the Building Engines platform.
