Buckeye85 Fits the Bill for Omnichannel Strategies

Recognizing the growing demands of Phoenix’s supply chain infrastructure, LPC Desert West has closed on nearly 20 acres in the I-10 corridor for Buckeye85. The 321,873-square-foot class-A industrial project will deliver the location, flexibility and creative industrial amenities desired by mid-size users in today’s omnichannel marketplace.

Located at the southwest corner of 103rd Avenue and Buckeye Road/MC-87 Highway, Buckeye85 is two miles from a full-diamond interchange at I-10 and 107th Avenue in a key e-commerce site, and is located within a Foreign Trade Zone.

When complete, Buckeye85 will provide maximum functionality, with spaces divisible to 100,000 square feet and 36-foot clear height. Construction on Buckeye85 is scheduled to begin in April and with delivery by year-end 2021. The project architect is Butler Design Group and the civil engineer is Hunter Engineering.
