Buchanan Street Sells Quattro in PHX for $44M
Buchanan Street Partners ended its hold on Quattro, a 264,994-square-foot, flex office property in Phoenix’s Cotton Center Business Park. The Newport Beach, CA seller sold the asset at 4310-4350 E. Cotton Center Blvd. to Albany Road Real Estate Partners of Boston, MA for $43.5 million.
The property delivered in 2002, and is 92.5% leased to a tenant roster including CVS Health, Freeport-McMoRan, Konica Minolta, Sodexo and Xerox. Tracy Cartledge, Bob Buckley and Steve Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
“With institutional-quality design and construction, a central Cotton Center location, and blue-chip tenancy, Quattro is arguably the finest flex office property in metro Phoenix,” Buckley said. “Exceptionally positioned by Buchanan Street, it should continue to be a high performing asset for Albany Road.”
