Buchanan Street Partners Secures $20M Refi for Sam Houston Crossing II
Buchanan Street Partners secured a loan to refinance Sam Houston Crossing II, a 160,000-square-foot office property in northwest Houston. The five-year, $20 million loan carried a 4% interest rate. JLL’s John Ream and Laura Selligsloh arranged financing with East West Bank.
Sam Houston Crossing II is situated on 8.5 acres at 10344 Sam Houston Park Dr. The three-story building is 100% leased to tenants including Forum U.S. Inc., Pemex Procurement International and T.F. Hudgins Inc. Buchanan Street acquired the property in 2016.
