Broadcom Stays Put at The Terrace 6

Broadcom Corporation opted to renew its 24,337-square-foot lease at The Terrace 6 in Austin. The tenant is a global technology company that designs, develops and supplies semiconductor and infrastructure software.

CBRE’s Tim Donohue and Jake Stickel represented the tenant. David Putman, Ben Tolson and Bart Matheney with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord, Cousins Properties.

The Terrace 6, at 2901 Via Fortuna, is a 197,909-square-foot building located at The Terrace, a 109-acre, 619,000-square-foot master-planned office park on Austin’s southwest side. The property includes an on-site restaurant/cafeteria, rotating food trucks, a fitness center and outdoor exercise stations, seminar room and rooftop patio.
